GRANT NOTICE
This notice is posted pursuant to the requirements of the BJA FY 2007 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Program. The San Gabriel Police Department intends to use funding from the aforementioned JAG Program in the amount of $21,533 to purchase and issue all officers new synthetic duty gear, to include Sam Browne Belts, holsters, keepers, holders, pouches and related parts. Officers will be more comfortable, more effective in their daily activities, suffer fewer back problems, be safer, less fatigued and have a greater ability to de-contaminate the duty gear.
