On November 18, 1995 at 10:45 p.m. the above suspect attempted to rob a female victim exiting the 7-11 Store at 305 S. San Gabriel Blvd.  The victim struggled with the suspect.  During the struggle the suspect threw the victim to the ground which caused the victim's skull to fracture, which led to her death.
